diagnostiqu\u00e9s \u00eatre atteints d\u2019un cancer p\u00e9diatrique (INCa). Un tiers de ces patients est sujet \u00e0 une rechute et peuvent donc \u00eatre \u00e9ligibles pour recevoir des traitements innovants dans le cadre d\u2019un essai th\u00e9rapeutique. 200 enfants et adolescents entrent annuellement dans des protocoles cliniques apr\u00e8s une rechute ou une progression de la maladie.<\/p><p>Cependant, certains patients sont confront\u00e9s \u00e0 deux in\u00e9galit\u00e9s majeures. La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tant le manque d\u2019information sur les protocoles d\u2019essais cliniques, la deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tant une in\u00e9galit\u00e9 selon la situation socio-\u00e9conomique et g\u00e9ographique des familles pour l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux soins et en particulier aux essais th\u00e9rapeutiques.<\/p><p>C\u2019est pourquoi Princesse Margot a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de soutenir financi\u00e8rement le programme <strong>U-Link<\/strong>, plateforme internet enti\u00e8rement d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019oncologie p\u00e9diatrique, initi\u00e9e et cr\u00e9\u00e9e par la <strong>SFCE<\/strong> (Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Fran\u00e7aise de lutte contre les Cancers et les leuc\u00e9mies de l\u2019Enfant et de l\u2019adolescent).<\/p><p>U-Link a pour finalit\u00e9 d\u2019informer les parents, les familles ainsi que les professionnels de sant\u00e9 sur tous types d\u2019essais cliniques men\u00e9s en oncologie et en h\u00e9matologie p\u00e9diatrique en France et leurs r\u00e9sultats mais \u00e9galement d\u2019apporter des informations sur les cancers p\u00e9diatriques \u00e9labor\u00e9es par des m\u00e9decins sp\u00e9cialistes.
