Ma fille Margot, alors \u00e2g\u00e9e de 15 ans, a \u00e9t\u00e9 diagnostiqu\u00e9e d\u2019une tumeur c\u00e9r\u00e9brale grave : un glioblastome.<\/p><p>\u00c0 partir de ce moment-l\u00e0, plus rien n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 comme avant. Notre quotidien s\u2019est transform\u00e9 en une succession de rendez-vous m\u00e9dicaux, d\u2019hospitalisations, d\u2019op\u00e9rations, d\u2019IRM, de chimioth\u00e9rapies et de radioth\u00e9rapies. Mais au milieu de tout cela, Margot restait Margot. Elle ne s\u2019est jamais plainte. Elle a affront\u00e9 la maladie avec une dignit\u00e9 et une force qui me bouleversent encore aujourd\u2019hui. Elle voulait vivre, profiter, danser, rire. Et elle l\u2019a fait, autant qu\u2019elle a pu.<\/p><p>Elle nous a donn\u00e9 une le\u00e7on de courage, \u00e0 moi, \u00e0 notre famille, \u00e0 tous ceux qui l\u2019ont connue. Sa joie de vivre, son humour, son \u00e9nergie \u00e9taient plus forts que la maladie. Et pourtant, elle a r\u00e9cidiv\u00e9. Margot s\u2019est envol\u00e9e le 31 mai 2012. Elle avait 18 ans.<\/p><p>Depuis, son sourire ne me quitte pas. Elle \u00e9tait lumineuse, solaire. Une petite princesse partie beaucoup trop t\u00f4t.<\/p><p>Et moi, je me suis retrouv\u00e9e avec cette douleur immense, ce vide\u2026 et une seule certitude : il fallait faire quelque chose. Pour elle. Pour tous les enfants malades. Pour les familles qui vivaient l\u2019insupportable.<\/p><p>C\u2019est ainsi qu\u2019est n\u00e9e l\u2019association <strong>Princesse Margot<\/strong>. Son association. Pour continuer son combat, pour transmettre ce qu\u2019elle \u00e9tait, pour apporter un peu de r\u00e9confort l\u00e0 o\u00f9 la maladie frappe injustement.<\/p><p>\u00c0 travers Princesse Margot, je veux honorer sa m\u00e9moire, mais aussi me battre \u00e0 ses c\u00f4t\u00e9s, autrement.<\/p><p>Soutenir, entourer, adoucir, accompagner\u2026 Parce qu\u2019aucun enfant ne devrait avoir \u00e0 vivre \u00e7a. Et aucun parent ne devrait avoir \u00e0 le traverser seul.
